Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup service; for smaller decor, simply print the provided prepaid label and drop it at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
